For the convenience of our clients, SAKLAW accepts payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discovery Card, and American Express through PayPal, our payment processor. Please take time to read the FAQs below before making an online payment.
Paying through PayPal is no more complicated than paying through any other online credit card service. PayPal allows you to electronically send money from your Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express or Regular Checking account. Your Visa and Mastercard does not need to be a debit card for you to do this. After paying us through PayPal, you may then pay your credit card provider on installment, spread out over a period of time.
SAKLAW must pay a fee of 4.4% of the invoiced amount + PhP15.00 in order for us to offer you the option of paying via PayPal. Hence, although PayPal will not charge you for using its feature, we will add this 4.4% + PhP15.00 charge to your invoice, if you opt to avail of PayPal payment. If you do not wish to enter into this arrangement, you are welcome to pay personally in cash or check, or you may deposit the amount to a designated bank account, details of which will be given to you separately.
Making a payment to PayPal or any other form of payment to SAKLAW does not give rise to an Attorney-Client relationship, until such a relationship is expressly agreed upon and acknowledged in a written fee agreement, signed by all parties. Online payment should take place only after you have entered into an agreement with us concerning fees.
At this time, the PayPal feature is only available from our website. Our office location accepts cash or check payments only.
